You accept that Nextflow Software collects, saves, backs-up, processes and uses your personal data: (i) including but not limited to: agreement dates, names, e-mail addresses, languages, security information related to connections (such as date, IP address, connection failures…), subscriptions, orders, invoices, financial information (bank account, wire transfer, payment details), e-mail exchanges, URLs; (ii) in an information system, such as: customer relationship management (CRM) system, customer request management system, bug tracking system, digital marketing and communications system; (iii) in order to: manage the relationship with you, enable, monitor and assist you in your use of the our products, provide you with information concerning our products and Nextflow Software, deliver license files and activation keys to you, answer support and maintenance requests from you.
Nextflow Software agrees not to share your personal data with third parties, unless you or the applicable end-user agrees to do so.
Personal data are stored in servers located either in Nextflow Software’s premises, or in data centers of its suppliers located in the European Union.
